Job Summary
Manage an outpatient caseload averaging 11–12 patients per 8-hour day, helping individuals recover from injuries or manage long-term conditions to improve mobility and activity levels. Collaborate with referring physicians through direct access channels and utilize NextGen or similar EHR systems for patient care documentation. Maintain an active Indiana Physical Therapy license and BLS certification from AHA or ARC while working in outpatient orthopedic settings. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Indiana Physical Therapy license
