Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy sessions for 18–20 daily patients in a high-volume outpatient clinic setting, managing caseloads of approximately 1.8–2.2 patients per hour. Maintain high-quality care in a multidisciplinary environment that may include chiropractic, occupational therapy, and acupuncture. Work daytime shifts Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday availability and potential 4x10 options. Jackson Therapy Partners offers direct hire, temp-to-hire, and travel contract options with a 13-week mentorship program for new graduates. Competitive salary includes bonus potential tied to performance tiers, full medical/dental/vision coverage, and $1,000 annual CEU reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
- Comfortable working in a high-volume outpatient setting with typical daily caseloads of 18–20 patients and productivity expectations of approximately 1.8–2.2 patients per hour
- Experience or willingness to work in a multidisciplinary clinic environment that may include chiropractic, occupational therapy, and acupuncture
- Ability to work the posted schedule: Monday–Friday daytime shifts with some clinics offering extended hours, rotating Saturday availability (about once per month), and potential 4x10 options
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to maintain high-quality care in a fast-paced, high-volume outpatient setting
Desired Qualifications
