Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy sessions for 18–20 daily patients in a high-volume outpatient clinic, managing caseloads of approximately 1.8–2.2 patients per hour. Provide care to individuals recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions within a multidisciplinary environment that may include chiropractic, occupational therapy, and acupuncture. Maintain active New Jersey Physical Therapy licensure and BLS certification while adhering to posted daytime shifts, which may include rotating Saturdays and potential 4x10 options. New graduates and early-career clinicians are encouraged to apply for structured mentorship programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
- Comfortable working in a high-volume outpatient setting with typical daily caseloads of 18–20 patients and productivity expectations of approximately 1.8–2.2 patients per hour
- Experience or willingness to work in a multidisciplinary clinic environment that may include chiropractic, occupational therapy, and acupuncture
- Ability to work the posted schedule: Monday–Friday daytime shifts with some clinics offering extended hours, rotating Saturday availability (about once per month), and potential 4x10 options
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to maintain high-quality care in a fast-paced, high-volume outpatient setting
Desired Qualifications
- Open to growth into leadership roles such as Clinic Director or Regional Director
- Strong candidates may come from outpatient and specialty therapy providers
