Job Summary
Deliver physical therapy services to patients to help them move better, feel better, and stay active, in settings including SNF, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living outpatient services. Requires a PT degree and an active Ohio PT license; BLS may be required. Collaborative, team-oriented clinician with willingness to work in a variety of care settings. Relocation bonus may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to begin employment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience or willingness to work in a CCRC setting including SNF, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living outpatient services
- Team-oriented demeanor
