Job Summary
Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation clinic. PT completes patient evaluations and establishes a plan of care with 1:1 patient care. PTAs provide follow-up treatment under PT supervision. EMR used is AdvancedMD with customizable templates. Location is Daly City, CA; role involves full-time, in-person care with potential relocation considered case-by-case.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapy license required
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Orthopedic and sports rehabilitation experience preferred
- Comfort communicating with physicians and collaborating within a multidisciplinary clinic team
- Strong manual therapy skills and solid clinical reasoning
- Experience with AdvancedMD EMR or willingness to learn customizable documentation templates
