Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions in the Alvarado, TX area. Maintain an active Texas Physical Therapy license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an APTA-accredited school. Utilize EMR systems, with preference for Prompt EMR, and maintain BLS certification. Recent outpatient clinic experience is preferred. This role offers medical, dental, and vision benefits along with PTO and CEU support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license
Desired Qualifications
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Recent outpatient clinic experience
- Experience with EMR systems
- Experience with Prompt EMR
