Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for full-time outpatient orthopedics clinic in Frederick, MD. Responsibilities include providing 30–40 minute treatment sessions for patients ages 10 and up, collaborating with PTAs and front office staff, and working two evening shifts per week. Bonuses and CEU allowances are offered; clinic uses TherOffice EMR. New graduates encouraged to apply. Must hold an active Maryland PT license and likely BLS certification; dry needling is a plus. Clinic hours range from early morning to evening in a 12,000 sq ft Frederick facility; flexible scheduling options (full-time 30+ hours; part-time 4x10 available; Saturdays optional). Required Qualifications
- Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics or demonstrated interest in musculoskeletal care preferred
- Ability to provide 30–40 minute treatment sessions with no double booking
- Willingness to work two evening shifts per week to cover clinic hours
- Comfort treating patients ages 10 through geriatric
- Dry needling experience or willingness to provide cash-based dry needling services is a plus
- New graduates and therapists with all experience levels are encouraged to apply
