Job Summary
Conduct full-time physical therapy evaluations and follow-up appointments for orthopedic and sports-related conditions across adolescence to geriatric populations. Manage 60-minute initial assessments and 30-minute visits within a productivity model averaging 12 patients per 10-hour day, primarily utilizing 1:1 care with opportunities to collaborate with therapy aides. Maintain active Washington State licensure, complete BLS certification, and utilize the WebPT EMR system while treating patients in an outpatient setting. This role supports patients in moving better and staying active, with the clinic located in Vancouver, WA, offering easy access to outdoor recreation and urban amenities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA, or graduation from an accredited PTA program for PTA applicants
- Active Washington State license or eligibility to obtain required license prior to start
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience or willingness to work in an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine setting
- Comfort managing 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments within a productivity model averaging about 12 patient visits per 10-hour day
- Ability to collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and therapy aides
- Experience or willingness to use WebPT EMR
