Job Summary
Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients to improve mobility and function, supporting recovery from injuries and management of chronic conditions. Responsibilities include developing and implementing PT treatment plans, facilitating gait and balance training, administering therapeutic exercises, and ensuring patient safety and progress in a home health or related setting. Requires appropriate PT degree, active state license, and BLS per employer requirements; experience in home health is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Position
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in Home Health setting preferred
