Physical Therapist - Full Time

Conduct home health physical therapy for adult and geriatric patients recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions. Manage a productivity expectation of 30 points per week while utilizing HCHB/Oasis systems. Maintain an active state license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. BLS certification is required, with Home Health experience being mandatory.
