Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for a full-time outpatient clinic in Anthem, AZ. Responsible for delivering one-on-one patient care with evaluations typically 60 minutes and follow-ups 30 minutes, in a team including PTs, PTAs, and OTs. Requires a PT degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) and active AZ PT license; BLS may be required. New graduates acceptable; preference for those with outpatient experience and related certifications (e.g., dry needling, ASTYM, pelvic floor, vestibular). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Arizona state Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Ability to provide one-on-one care
- New graduates may apply
- Preference given to outpatient experience and relevant certifications (dry needling, ASTYM, pelvic floor, vestibular, etc.)
