Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy sessions for patients recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions, aiming to improve mobility and activity levels. Manage a caseload of approximately 10–12 patient visits daily, utilizing Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to reduce administrative burden. Work a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility, adhering to a two-year contractual commitment. This role is available for new graduates and those with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, located in Bluefield, VA, with performance-based bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Virginia licensure
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Willingness to work a Days schedule
- Ability to manage an outpatient caseload
- Candidates must agree to a two-year contractual commitment in the offer letter or repay a pro-rated placement fee
