Job Summary
Physical Therapist to join a full-time role serving patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions across Greenwich to Westport, CT, with a focus on home health as a preferred experience. Requires an active state license (CT preferred; NY license acceptable via reciprocity), 2+ years of experience, and strong bedside manner. The role involves Monday–Friday daytime shifts (8:30 AM–5:00 PM) with a service area centered around Greenwich and Stamford; mileage reimbursement and a reliable vehicle are provided. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Position
- Must have (or be able to obtain) a Connecticut license prior to start. New York license acceptable if candidate can secure CT licensure via reciprocity before start date
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- Strong preference for home health experience. Candidates with geriatric outpatient or acute care experience will also be considered
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Must live within approximately 30 minutes of the Greenwich, CT office
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle. Mileage/gas reimbursement provided
- Strong bedside manner. Encouraging, patient-focused, organized, and reliable
