Job Summary
Physical Therapist to join a full-time outpatient orthopedic team in Middlebury, IN. Responsibilities include helping patients move better and recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions, managing an 11–12 patient daily caseload, coordinating with support staff and referring physicians, and leveraging NextGen or similar EMR systems. Requires PT licensure in Indiana, and BLS certification may be required. Required Qualifications
- Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred
- Experience managing an outpatient caseload averaging 11–12 patients per 8-hour day preferred
- Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic medical record systems preferred
- Ability to coordinate with support staff and direct access to referring physicians
