Physical Therapist - Full Time

Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a home care setting to help patients move better, feel better, and stay active, whether recovering from injury or managing long-term conditions. Cover assigned caseloads across Hillsdale, Lenawee, and Monroe counties while working days with weekend rotation. Complete 2-day branch orientation followed by field precepting based on experience. Maintain an active Michigan Physical Therapy license and BLS certification from AHA or ARC. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA program required. Work 40 hours per week in Adrian, MI and surrounding counties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Michigan Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
Desired Qualifications
- Home health experience
- Ability to cover assigned caseload across Hillsdale, Lenawee, and Monroe counties
- Willingness to work days with weekend rotation
