Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy and sports clinic services for patients recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions. Manage variable patient volume including seasonal increases, with flexibility for half days during extended hours and paid weekend coverage during peak season. Assist with vestibular rehabilitation and pelvic floor therapy, and prepare KPI reports if managing a small team. Requires a Florida Physical Therapy license, APTA-accredited degree, and BLS certification. Located in Palm City, FL, with access to waterfront parks and local culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license
Desired Qualifications
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience with outpatient orthopedic caseloads
- Experience or training in vestibular rehabilitation and pelvic floor therapy
- Ability to manage variable patient volume including seasonal increases
- Experience working with rehab techs or aides
- Experience preparing KPI reports
- Experience leading a small outpatient team
