Job Summary
Conduct evaluations, develop plans of care, and provide skilled treatment to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions in a skilled nursing facility. Manage caseloads and document progress in electronic medical records. Requires a Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA program, an active California state license, and BLS certification. Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care is preferred. The role follows an 0830-1630 schedule, five days per week. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active California state license to practice Physical Therapy prior to start
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Willingness to work Days shift: 0830-1630, 5x8 schedule
- Eligibility for and willingness to accept the client's sign-on incentive and compensation structure
