Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy assessments and treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions in a high-volume outpatient clinic. Manage a daily caseload of 18–20 patients while collaborating with aides and multidisciplinary clinicians. Maintain productivity expectations of 1.8–2.2 patients per hour, scaling to 3 patients during peak times. Hold an active New Jersey state license, a degree from an accredited APTA program, and BLS certification. Work Monday–Friday schedules including rotating Saturdays and 4x10 options. Join a 13-week mentorship program for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New Jersey state license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
