Job Summary
Provide inclusive, hands-on care in an outpatient clinic setting by evaluating patients and developing personalized plans of care. Leverage technology and outcome data to guide clinical decisions while clearly and efficiently documenting evaluations and treatments. Collaborate with teammates to support clinic culture and professional growth. This role requires a CAPTE-accredited degree and an active Florida Physical Therapist license, with BLS certification preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree accepted if CAPTE-accredited
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Florida
- Active state license required to start if already issued
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience or willingness to work in an outpatient setting
- Demonstrated commitment to learning and professional growth
- Level 2 background screening
