Job Summary
Conduct 1:1 patient care and assist with movement, injury recovery, and long-term condition management across five outpatient clinics. Participate in a structured one-year mentorship program featuring weekly meetings, formal observations, case reviews, and over 100 hours of manual therapy training. Maintain an active Indiana Physical Therapy license and pursue dry needling certification opportunities. Work flexible hours with no weekends, utilizing the ability to set your own schedule to accommodate appointments or family obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Indiana State Physical Therapy License
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
Desired Qualifications
- Orthopedic clinical experience
