Job Summary
Physical Therapist in outpatient clinic in Federal Way, WA. Deliver evidence-based, progressive exercise-driven care in one-on-one patient consultations to help patients move better, feel better, and stay active. Flexible shifts to support scheduling, opportunity for student loan repayment and sign-on/incentive programs, and a pathway for career options across settings. Requires WA PT license and a PT degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) with outpatient orthopedic or sports experience preferred; new grads and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the position
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports settings preferred
- Ability to deliver evidence-based, progressive exercise-driven care and adhere to risk-stratified protocols
- Comfort with productivity expectations based on optimal dosage models (45–60 minute sessions)
- Willingness to use clinical productivity and efficiency tools such as electronic documentation platforms and practice support systems
- New graduates (0–3 years) and experienced clinicians (3+ years) are encouraged to apply
