Physical Therapist - Full Time

Conduct outpatient physical therapy sessions, helping patients move better, feel better, and stay active while managing injuries or long-term conditions. Maintain an active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license and complete approximately 12 patients daily to meet productivity expectations. Participate in a mentorship program and pursue continuing education as required by the employer. This full-time role offers a base salary commensurate with experience, signing and performance-based bonuses, and a student loan repayment program up to $20,000 over four years.
