Physical Therapist - Full Time

Conduct one-on-one physical therapy sessions with adult patients aged 40–70, focusing on back, neck, shoulder, knee, hip, and elbow conditions. Manage a caseload under a two-patient-per-hour model without double booking, while collaborating with PTAs and techs in a team-based outpatient clinic environment. Provide care for individuals recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions, with occasional post-school sessions for youth athletes. Maintain an active New York State PT license and BLS certification, working a guaranteed 36–40 hour day shift with flexible hours.
