Job Summary
Conduct 60-minute, 1:1 patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting, focusing on neck, back, shoulder, hip, elbow, knee, and foot musculoskeletal conditions. Independently develop and drive treatment plans and progressive rehab programs for patients ranging from pediatrics to older adults, utilizing conservative, non-invasive care models. Deliver assessment, hands-on care, and exercise instruction with a strong sports medicine focus, aiming for rapid symptom resolution. Maintain active Texas PT licensure and at least one year of licensed experience, with a preference for those skilled in soft tissue work and palpation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Texas PT license
- 1 year of licensed experience
- 1+ years of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist
- Exceptional palpation skills
- Above-average hand/grip strength
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for patient care
- Open to relocation candidates
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings
- Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions across the lifespan, including pediatrics (from about age 5) through adults
- Clinically confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or in small teams
- Candidates with home health or inpatient backgrounds
- Experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques
- No Medicare patient population in this role
