Job Summary
Physical Therapist sought for a full-time home health role servicing Charles, St. Mary’s, and Calvert counties. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—from rehabilitating injuries to managing chronic conditions. Responsibilities include maintaining a schedule of at least five patient visits per day between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, with typical travel between visits under 15 minutes. Open to new graduates with customized training; PTA option available with approximately six visits per day. Use MatrixCare EMR and occasional Saturday visits. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Maryland PT license required to start the position
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Home health experience preferred
- Experience providing home visits across Charles, St. Mary's, and Calvert counties is desirable
- Ability to maintain a schedule of minimum five patient visits per day between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm
- Willingness to work one Saturday per quarter as scheduled
- Experience with or willingness to use MatrixCare EMR
- Open to new graduates
- Client is open to hiring a PTA to fill the full-time clinical need; PTAs should be able to complete approximately six visits per day
