Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for a full-time role in Eufaula, OK. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing a treatment plan, performing therapeutic exercises and modalities, and supporting patient mobility and functional outcomes in outpatient settings. Required Qualifications
