Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for a full-time role in Pooler, GA. You’ll evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based treatment plans for orthopedic and/or sports-related conditions in an outpatient setting. Requires active Georgia PT license and BLS certification; experience in outpatient PT and strong communication/EMR documentation skills are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia State physical therapy license required
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based treatment plans for orthopedic and/or sports-related conditions
- Strong patient communication and documentation skills, including experience with electronic medical records
