Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for an outpatient clinic in Gig Harbor, WA. 1:1 patient care focused on orthopedic and sports medicine with active adults and athletes, emphasizing progressive, strength-based rehab and return-to-performance. Structured mentorship, case reviews, and intentional clinical development with opportunities for leadership within a collaborative sports medicine team. Requires a degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program and an active Washington PT license; BLS may be required. Open to relocation candidates; clinic integrates PTs with chiropractors, athletic trainers, massage therapists, and orthopedic surgery collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Washington State PT license required to start the position
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience or comfort working in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred
- Experience with resistance training and weightlifting or willingness to develop these skills
- Team-oriented approach and strong relationship-building skills with patients and multidisciplinary staff
