Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for an outpatient clinic in Guilford, CT. The role requires a licensed PT with a degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral) to assess and treat patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and help patients move better, feel better, and stay active. Ideal candidates have experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with EPIC or similar EMR systems. BLS certification may be required. Relocation assistance within Connecticut is available for the right candidate. Duties include delivering evidence-based rehabilitation, managing varied caseloads, and collaborating with clinicians to optimize patient outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
