Job Summary
Physical Therapist sought for a full-time outpatient neuro-focused role in Bartlett, TN. The therapist will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active, including those recovering from injury or managing long-term conditions. Must hold a PT degree from an accredited program, possess an active Tennessee PT license, and likely BLS. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of 12–18 patients per day (up to ~20), supervising and collaborating with PTAs who may treat ~8–12 patients independently, and utilizing Optimis PT or EMR systems. The position emphasizes neuro care (stroke, SCI, MS) within a small clinic setting (~1200 sq ft) and requires comfort with teamwork and patient-focused care. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapy License
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in outpatient neuro settings preferred
- Experience managing a caseload of approximately 12–18 patients per day, with ability to flex up to ~20 when needed
- Familiarity with Optimis PT (OptimusPT) or willingness to learn the EMR
