Job Summary
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions; evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans to improve movement and reduce pain, and help patients move better, feel better, and stay active. Requires an active Connecticut PT license and may require BLS; familiarity with EPIC EMR preferred. Full-time role in Branford, CT with potential relocation within Connecticut; training provided and relocation/sign-on bonuses may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Connecticut State PT license required to start the position
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
