Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for an outpatient clinic in Guilford, CT. Full-time role with responsibilities focused on helping patients move better, feel better, and stay active across recovery from injuries or management of long-term conditions. Requires a Physical Therapy degree (Bachelors, Master’s, or Doctoral) and an active CT PT license; BLS may be required. Prior outpatient experience and EPIC/EMR familiarity preferred. Relocation assistance within Connecticut offered for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Connecticut state PT license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in outpatient settings preferred
- Experience using EPIC or similar EMR systems preferred
