Physical Therapist - Full Time - Internal Travel Program

Job Summary
Review and evaluate physician referrals and medical records to determine the required Physical Therapy program. Administer prescribed therapeutic modalities to restore function and prevent disability while coordinating services with Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, and Nursing. Maintain patient documentation, re-evaluate progress, and revise treatment plans as necessary. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, monitor productivity and staffing needs, and communicate treatment goals to patients and families. Complete all clinical and billing documentation in a timely manner. Adhere to Symbria's mission, Code of Conduct, and policies while utilizing provided technology to enhance client care. Available for internal travel assignments across 10 states with a monthly stipend and competitive salary; must provide own transportation between visits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy
- A valid registered license is required for Symbria's operating states, or the ability to obtain a license or compact license to support assignments in any designated state
- If using a compact license, must have a full license in your state of residence
- Must be able to provide own transportation between patient visits and travel assignments
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and basic math skills
- Effective interpersonal skills with strong focus on customer service
- Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
