Job Summary
Hybrid Physical Therapist role in outpatient CORA clinics: 3 days on-site in Leesburg, FL and 2 days telehealth, providing in-person and remote physical therapy care. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, developing personalized plans of care, leveraging EMR/AI-enabled tools and outcome data to guide clinical decisions, documenting evaluations and treatments, and collaborating with clinic teammates. Must have a CAPTE-accredited PT degree and be licensed or license-eligible; new grads welcome. Relocation assistance available for select locations; sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Willingness to obtain licensure in other states
