Job Summary
Provide inclusive, hands-on care in outpatient clinics and deliver digital health services via virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. Evaluate patients to develop personalized plans of care, leveraging tech tools and outcome data to guide clinical decisions. Clearly document evaluations and treatments while collaborating with teammates to grow clinic culture. Work a full-time hybrid schedule of 40 hours per week, splitting time between three in-person clinic days and two remote days. Requires a CAPTE-accredited degree and PT licensure in a compact state, with eligibility for a $10,000 sign-on bonus at select locations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Must be licensed in any compact state
- Must also be willing to obtain licensure in other states
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for early shifts, late shifts, or condensed weeks
- Must be able to work 3 days in person at our CORA clinic
- Must be able to work 2 days working remotely as a Digital Health Specialist
- Must be able to provide inclusive, hands-on care in one of our outpatient clinics
- Must be able to evaluate patients and develop personalized plans of care
- Must be able to leverage tech tools and outcome data to guide clinical decisions
- Must be able to clearly and efficiently document evaluations and treatments
- Must be able to collaborate with teammates to grow your skills and clinic culture
