Physical Therapist Full Time Day Shift

Evaluates patients and develops and implements individualized physical therapy treatment programs across outpatient, inpatient, subacute, and wound-care settings within an interdisciplinary team. Demonstrates clinical skill in planning and delivering care, educates patients and families, uses AIDET, ensures accurate documentation in EMR, coordinates with therapy assistants and students, participates in department operations, scheduling, equipment maintenance, and quality improvement, and adheres to HIPAA. Requires ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with providers and other disciplines, and maintain professional standards; one year of acute care experience is preferred.
