Physical Therapist, Full-Time, Day Shift

Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. Evaluates patients, establishes individualized treatment plans, provides therapy interventions using appropriate protocols, completes comprehensive clinical documentation, and supervises assigned assistants. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and state licensure, with CPR/BLS certification; vaccination as a condition of employment. Works in a full-time day-shift role at Adventist Health Tulare in Exeter, CA, engaging in collaborative, patient-centered rehabilitation within an acute care setting.
