Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete patient evaluations, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate clinical protocols. Provide comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Tillamook, a faith-based nonprofit serving the West Coast.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
