Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols to restore and improve patient functions. Complete evaluations, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and ensure accurate clinical documentation. Supervise assigned assistants and coordinate care within an interdisciplinary approach. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Tillamook.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
