Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate clinical techniques. Provide comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with state licensure, two years of experience, and CPR or BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Twin Cities in Templeton.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgment of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
