Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree with state licensure, two years of preferred experience, and current CPR or BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Twin Cities in Templeton, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgment of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices

- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
