Physical Therapist, Full Time, Day Shift

Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete patient evaluations, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate clinical protocols. Supervise assigned assistants and ensure all clinical documentation is comprehensive and accurate within established deadlines. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Tillamook, a 25-bed critical access medical center serving rural health and urgent care needs in Tillamook County.
