Physical Therapist, Full-Time, Day Shift

Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using established protocols and perform comprehensive clinical documentation within deadlines. Supervise assigned assistants and complete other job-related duties as assigned. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Howard Memorial in Willits, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
