Physical Therapist, Full Time, Day Shift

Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Perform therapy interventions using appropriate protocols, establish individualized care and discharge plans, and ensure communication with relevant parties. Complete evaluations, clinical documentation within established deadlines, and supervise assigned assistants. Maintain Physical Therapy licensure and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Tillamook, a 25-bed critical access medical center on the Oregon Coast.
