Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate clinical techniques. Supervise assigned assistants and ensure all clinical documentation is comprehensive and accurate within established deadlines. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and state licensure, plus CPR or BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Tillamook, a 25-bed critical access medical center serving Tillamook County and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
