Physical Therapist, Full Time, Day Shift

Conduct treatment programs designed to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Supervise assigned assistants and maintain comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Tillamook, a 25-bed critical access medical center serving Tillamook County and surrounding areas.
