Physical Therapist, Full Time, Day Shift

Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and communicate these plans to appropriate parties. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and supervise assigned assistants. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines. Maintain Physical Therapy licensure and CPR/BLS certification as required for state of practice.
