Job Summary
Conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions while serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Provide comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, state licensure, and BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Tillamook, a 25-bed critical access medical center on the Oregon Coast.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
