Physical Therapist (Full Time, Day)

Conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore physical, social, and mental functions while meeting department objectives. Serve as co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups, completing evaluations to ensure quality standards and establishing individualized treatment, care, and discharge plans. Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques, ensuring all plans are communicated to appropriate parties. Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines and supervise assigned assistants. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
