Physical Therapist (Full Time, Day)

Job Summary
Conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore physical, social, and mental functions while meeting department objectives. Serve as co-leader in interdisciplinary approaches to patient groups. Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards, establish individualized treatment and discharge plans, and perform therapy interventions using appropriate protocols. Supervise assigned assistants and complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines. Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time day shift position at Adventist Health Bakersfield.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
